Returns and refunds

14-day right of withdrawal. You can cancel your order within 14 days after you receive it, without giving a reason. Email info@voidescent.com with your order number (for example #VS1001), or use the form at the bottom of this page. After that you have another 14 days to send the products back.

Unopened bottles only. Opening the box to look at the bottle is fine. Once the plug of a bottle has been removed, it can't be returned for safety and hygiene reasons, unless it is faulty.

Return shipping. Return shipping costs are paid by you, unless the product is faulty or we sent you the wrong item. Send returns to: VOIDESCENT, Romboutslaan 502, 3312 KP Dordrecht, Netherlands.

Refunds. We refund the price of the products and the original standard shipping cost within 14 days after you tell us you are cancelling. We may wait with the refund until we have received the products back or you have shown proof that you sent them. We refund using the same payment method you used.

Broken, leaking or wrong item

If a bottle arrives broken, leaking or is not what you ordered, email a photo to info@voidescent.com within 14 days of delivery. We send a replacement or refund you, at no cost to you. Your legal rights for faulty products always apply.
